Master Builder and Carpenter Craig Niven brings over 30 years of industry experience to CNC Building Professionals. After running a successful business in Sydney, Craig relocated 2018 to the NSW South Coast near Milton — drawn by the lifestyle, the coastline, and the opportunity to build exceptional homes in a region he loves.
Craig’s experience spans Australia, Canada and England, working across architecturally designed homes, renovations and extensions, and commercial construction. His depth of knowledge allows him to confidently deliver projects of varying scale and complexity.
In recent years, CNC Building has developed strong expertise in building on bushfire-prone land. We understand the regulatory requirements and construction standards involved, and guide our clients clearly through what can otherwise feel like a complex process.
Craig is a hands-on builder who is actively involved in every project. You’ll find him on site, working closely with trades and clients to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.
